Hummingbirds is a creator platform purpose-built for brands that need real content, from real people, in the cities where they’re in retailers.

We activate everyday creators—our “hummingbirds”—to generate authentic, localized user-generated content (UGC) that supports retailer visibility, drives social proof, and helps brand teams do more without adding to their plate. Our platform replaces high-cost influencer models with a scalable, turnkey solution for activating shoppers and collecting usable content across key markets.

Kicking off 2025, we’ve generated millions of dollars in revenue, connected tens of thousands of creators with brands, and fostered authentic connections between those brands and local consumers who are excited to share, and support the brands they love!

Most importantly, we’ve helped democratize influence – people crave real recommendations from their friends. While influencers are amazing, we believe there’s also space for everyday people to share their favorite brands and secure collaborations, even without six-figure follower counts. At the heart of it all is our commitment to building stronger, more connected local communities, where everyone has a voice and a chance to make an impact.

The Role

You will own demand generation strategy and execution end-to-end—managing paid social, paid search, conversion rate optimization, landing page experimentation, and more to consistently drive high-quality CPG brands into our pipeline. You’ll be responsible for hitting CAC and ROI targets, scaling what works, and innovating rapidly with AI and automation to outpace competitors. 

You’ll Be Responsible For

  •  Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution: Own and optimize all paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified pipeline while maintaining CAC and ROI targets.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead ongoing testing and optimization of website and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and reduce drop-off.

  • Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and execute structured experiments across ads, emails, landing pages, and messaging to unlock incremental gains.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Own attribution tracking, analyze channel performance, and make clear, data-backed decisions to allocate budget effectively.

  • AI-Enabled Scale: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, Jasper, etc.) to create, test, and personalize content at scale—reducing turnaround time and increasing experimentation velocity.

  • Collaboration with GTM Systems Engineer: Align on triggers, enrichment, and automations to streamline lead capture, routing, and nurture.

  • Pipeline & Revenue Targets: Own a qualified pipeline volume target and share responsibility for achieving the inbound sales target alongside the Sales team.

  • Strategic Executor: You can zoom out to see the big picture (audience, funnel, brand) and then dive in to launch a paid campaign or tweak a headline. You’re comfortable owning both the strategy and the hands-on execution that brings it to life.

  • AI-Powered Marketer: You’re deeply curious about how AI is transforming marketing — and you’re already using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Clay to work smarter. You don’t wait for perfect conditions; you ship fast, test ideas, and refine based on data.

  • Growth-Minded: You don’t just want to “run ads” — you want to understand the full GTM motion. You’re excited to learn from Sales, Success, and Product to design smarter funnels, craft better messaging, and drive more meaningful growth.

  • Test-and-Learn Operator: You don’t just set it and forget it. You plan structured experiments, form clear hypotheses, and know how to interpret the results. Whether it’s A/B tests, new creative formats, or website flows — you’re always optimizing.

  • Clear Collaborator: You know how to communicate ideas, results, and recommendations to cross-functional teammates. You bring energy, clarity, and alignment to the table — whether you're syncing with a designer, a sales lead, or our GTM Engineer.

Pay and Benefits

  • The compensation range for this role is USD $120,000 - $140,000 

  • Other benefits include comprehensive health coverage, work from anywhere (100% remote workplace) and unlimited PTO
